Navigating The Medical Field During a Global Pandemic

In this interview, I chatted with Nurse Georgette Brown right in the thick of the global pandemic and at the time the state of Illinois was in mandatory curfew and strict shelter in place guidelines was enforced. We explore new protocols for visiting the doctor’s office, scheduling appointments, and what is considered urgent or non-urgent doctor’s visit, plus ways to stay safe.

Georgette is a registered nurse with a Bachelors’s in Science and been working as an RN for the last 5 years. Georgette’s specialty is Women’s Health and she currently works for a private practice in Oaklawn, Illinois.
