Wondering how to get back on track with your life goals and cope during COVID-19? How to focus on your inner wellness or give yourself grace? I recently caught up with Kanesha Baynard from the Bay Area on developing a plan of action and creating simple steps to being productive, proactive, happy, and living a bold life.

Kanesha is the author of The Self-love Playbook for #boldthinkers, 52 Powerful Questions: A Journal and Planning Guide for Creative Entrepreneurs, and Focus on What Matters: A Guided Journal.
Kanesha has over 20 years of experience as an educator, leadership developer, and curriculum designer. She was a secondary teacher for eight years, served as a K-12 professional development administrator, and oversaw the teacher certification program at a large university. She holds degrees in Spanish, secondary education, educational leadership, and linguistically diverse education. She is also has a certification in life coaching.
I never been a person to make plans or schedule. I have poor time management, how do you get in position to do these things to be a great strategist? Also when writing to congress, how do you know if they are truly reading your concerns? It is lots of people who feels like no reads them so they don’t write. How can we get people to write knowing that their concerns will be heard. Love the segment ladies
